We are committed to make booking under 5mins process, however with diversity of landlords on our platform we can not predict the exact time but you should get a final response within 24hours of booking from the landlord or our team

Booking Questions

Well it depends on the terms  of the landlord, some landlords might not allow changes while others will.

Just go too your booking and cancel, however, you have about 24hours to do this.

You are charged once you make payment for the room, however you can get refund if the room request gets cancelled but after 24hours you can not get a refund of the request fee only the room booking fee.

Help on your reservations

In a case where the landlord cancels your room request for any other reason, we will will help you find a similar accommodation within 48hours without any extra fee
